The biggest difference is that your child can be around adults and caregivers with a unique perspective for a childhood baseline. When families only have one child, they’re subject to thinking that some characteristics and mannerisms are normal. While normal is subjective, some things like a speech delay, and fine or gross motor skills can be quick fixes for families given the right resources!
Young Scholars Academy’s goal is to partner with families to introduce families to proper channels for qualified care. Front Range Pediatric Therapies is a big company that we partner along with! They provide services, that can be completed in a comfortable space for services like Speech or Occupational therapy. A benefit families see by partnering with YSA and FTPT is that there are no extra appointments to them or a parent’s already busy schedule! Therapists then can also partner with their teachers to support long-term for classroom success!

Since we are located in Colorado Springs, a high military-populated town, our NAEYC accreditation allows us to partner with Child Care Aware of America.
